Big News...
Well, as you know in November we sold our 1st home in wonderful Broad Ripple and since it was the holidays and the middle of winter Chuck's parents were very kind and let us stay with them so we could relax, enjoy the holidays and take our time finding a new home. Well, we have definitely taken our time and hopefully not worn out our welcome, but I think it was well worth it! It is official we are moving to the burbs, Fishers to be exact, probably Chucks worst nightmare for sure, but I do think we found an awesome house that was well worth the wait! It has tons of room for Hannah to run around in, a fenced in back yard for Rudy, a finished basement for Chuck and a fabulous kitchen for me! Hopefully the hard part is over (finding the house), we have to get through the inspection but if everything goes smoothly we are scheduled to close on April 7th and we plan to move April 10th!! We are currently accepting volunteers to help move!! Ha!

Matt and I will be back in town on April 10th, so we'll hopefully be able to help you out. Just keep us posted on when your closing date is finalized. Can't wait to see the house!!

Congrats as you finally sold the house, so where are you planning to buy a new house. If you have already planned then post some pictures of it so that we can even share the joy.
